About me

My passion is developing open-source software for understanding the spread and control of disease. I currently work with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where I am one of the lead developers of HPVsim and Covasim. Prior to this, I worked on the Optima suite of models for HIV, TB, nutrition, and malaria. I hold a PhD in Mathematics from UNSW Sydney, and spent 7 years working within the University of Copenhagen's Data Science Laboratory. I'm based in Sydney, Australia.
